of performance or quality. digitalshade.com expressly
disclaims all implied warranties, including without
limitation, warranties of merchantability, title,
fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement,

You ("the user") assume full responsibility

liability to you for breach of this agreement is limited

to goods and services purchased from company you accessed
